We sell our products
with confidence. Each Dr. Ink compatible and
remanufactured cartridges are warranted to
be free of defects in both materials and workmanship
until the cartridge is empty.
These cartridges are manufactured and remanufactured
to the most stringent quality control standards
possible, guaranteeing performance that meets
or exceeds that of the genuine. Each product
has been specifically manufactured for use
in the corresponding machines as described
by the genuine.
If you are experiencing light, faded or
missing print then there is a high probability
that the cartridge is empty. Faulty cartridges
normally place unwanted toner or dirty print
marks on the page.
Dr. Ink also warrants that subject to the
conditions stated below, and under normal
use, these cartridges will not cause damage,
abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible
machine. If a defect in one of these cartridges
causes a machine to fail, Dr. Ink will reimburse
the customer for the full amount of the
repair charge. This warranty is dependent
upon the customer providing Dr. Ink with
satisfactory evidence that the machine's
failure was due to a defect in the Compatible
or Remanufactured cartridge, including a
written statement from an authorised service
company, stating the reason for failure.
This statement must be on authorized company
letterhead, and dated and signed by the
company's field or service representative.
Return of the defective cartridge is required.
The tampering of any Dr. Ink cartridge by
any person or persons, other than by a Dr.
Ink representative, voids all warranties
and releases Dr. Ink from all liability.
We also reserve the right to have the copier/printer/fax
machine inspected by an independent Technician
prior to any repairs being undertaken. Costs
relating to normal maintenance and cleaning
of printers are specifically excluded from
this guarantee.
Dr. Ink's liability hereunder shall be
limited to replacement or reimbursement
as stated above. This warranty is exclusive
and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed
or implied. Dr. Ink's limited warranty is
void on all remanufactured cartridges that
are more than six month old from the date
of purchase.
For all claims of defective products purchased
from Dr. Ink, the customer must notify Dr.
Ink to obtain a RMA number for the defective
product.
